Large insurance companies have recognized this, often being able to decline a claim known that it will not be contested. This is one of the leading causes for why we are supporting those that deserve it with discounted legal services so they can fight back.

Insurance companies don’t care differentiate when declining medical, automotive, or property claims—and neither do we. Our movement will try and help support citizens of Colorado with any of their insurance problems related to declined claims. Most times, it is property or medical claims being denied, and for the most part it is property insurance that gets withdrawn in bad faith.
